Terms and Conditions.

Your cake will be delivered to your venue as agreed.
Your cake will then be your own responsibility, Celebration Cakes Peterlee will Not be held liable for any damage Whatsoever, to your cake after delivery.

Use of Stands:

If hiring stands/materials etc. from Celebration Cakes Peterlee please ensure they are returned by the Tuesday following the wedding. Your deposit will be returned in full.
Any damaged or unreturned items must be paid for in full, by you the customer, to the full replacement value.
Items returned late will result in your deposit being retained.

     * Late return or damaged items could ruin someone else’s Wedding Day *

Payment:

Payment of goods shall be 4 weeks prior to the delivery, unless otherwise arranged.
Payment shall deem not to have been made until cleared funds for the full amount have been received by Celebration Cakes Peterlee.

Retention of goods:

For the purpose of section 17(1) of the Sale of Goods Act 1979,
Your cake shall remain the property of Celebration Cakes Peterlee until funds are cleared for the full payment amount.
This Could result in your cake Not being delivered to your venue.

 

Celebration Cakes Peterlee can Not guarantee our products are entirely nut free, because of the use of marzipan in the kitchen environment.

Cancellation:

Cancellation of orders must be in person or, with a personally hand signed letter.

If this should occur All monies paid will Not be refunded or Transferable.
