We want to make your dream come true!
The wedding cake you desire is one of the most important features of your perfect day.
We can design your cake around any theme, colour, pattern, shape or size.
Anything you can imagine can be produced with flair, from Classical to Delicate designs, even the
Wonderful to Wacky!
A Rich Fruit Spice Cake or Sponge Cake, even a Belgium Chocolate cake design.
The choice is yours, resulting in your cake which is unique and special to you.
A Little History About our Business
We enjoy a challenge, the more bizarre the better.
Sometimes we get asked for designs that seem impossible, but with research and wild imagination,
we surprise ourselves and our customers.
Our showroom is in County Durham in the North East of England,“Gods Country” as it is called.
Qualifications
I have gained my City in Guilds in Sugar Craft with credits and distinctions.
I have City and Guilds in Floristry again with credits and distinctions.
All our staff have completed the Essential Food Hygiene Course.
I am an individual member of the British Sugar Craft Guild.
Our Showroom
All designs are created in a purpose built kitchen attached to our showroom.
All our cakes are baked on site to our exacting standards.
Health and Safety
We work to high standards.
Our kitchens are regularly inspected and certified by the Environmental Health Authority.
